you know, just my opinion here, but if i were a manufacture id design a header that didnt need to be rigged up, i dont know of any other company that needs chips to make thier header work right.

an o2 simulator basically fools your computer and makes it think that your air/fuel is running fine.and your check engine will also go off. i need it because i have no catalytic converters and my check engine light is on.

I've got an o2 sensor simulator on my testpipe. It simulates the catalytic converter and monitors the RPM's and TPS and then sends the appropriate signal. It works quite well. Check engeine light hasn't come one and i've been using it for several months now. Get it at http://www.diabloautosports.com It hooks up to 5 wires, took me like half an hour...
I just installed a BETA version of the new HP header and coreless cat. I must say i'm impressed with this product. (specialy since I got it for free) HP is working on the mount problem for easier install. I have not yet installed the simulator but the car is runing good with-out it. I highly recomend this product.
well guys sorry to tell ya but the o2 sensor DOSENT CARE if there is a cat or not- want to know why???? beacause the o2 sensor is BEFORE the cat- so the gases are measured BEFORE the cat- so it dosent matter whats behind the o2 sensor

On EX/Si there is a O2 sensor in the cat.
