Coupe vs Sedan grill...same fitment?????

Does anyone know if the coupe grill will fit on the sedan, and whether the painted hood trim piece will fit on the sedan in lieu of the chrome one? Help please. Thanks.

The hood trim is identical. The grill should be as well, as I have seen both coupes and sedans with the RS grill.

I just put the hood trim on my sedan last week. Ordered it from handA for 18 bucks.

No, the coupe grill will not fit right onto the sedan. The front painted part of the grill screws into that dark grey plastic piece immediatly behind it. This back piece is different between the sedan and coupe.

Sedan Grill

Check out those links and you will see the difference in the back piece that I am talking about. However, you can buy the coupe grill and the back piece for like 40 bucks off the link and that's painted!

Right Mbow, the grille is 2 pieces on both the coupe and sedan. you need the sedan rad cover to fit with the RS or altezza grille.
otherwise thefront part of the grille's interchange no problems.

OMG!!! wow $10 from majestic...in canada here they wanted $103 for the damn piece of plastic. I told em like hell and would buy one when I was in Salt lake...now I know where to go for it Thanks Mbow!!!

ya I've got the alteeza grill on my coupe but had to take off the gray plastic piece behind it (didn't fit), I need to get the sedan piece to fit properly but I think I'm just gonna leave it off, I think it's just a waste of money.

Mbow: You are the man. This is the most help I think I ever got to a question. Thanks so much. I will go see my dealer today and check pricing. What do you think? Will the coupe grill and trim look good on a Sedan? More airflow? Thanks again, you really helped, I need to remember that site, it helped me out on my rear strut assembly problems when I had my springs installed.

I definately like the looks of the color matched trim piece over the stock chrome looking one. I went with the altezza style grill myself. I was going to get the coupe grill but decided that the altezza would give a more sportier and unique look. I don't know about the airflow issue though. I would think that more air would get through but I didn't notice any change in the normal operating temperture.

Oh, and no problem. I got a major headache when I decided to change the grill on my sedan. I was more than happy to share the knowledge with another sedan owner.

Just in case, the altezza style grill fits perfectly.

There's other parts involved. My dealer was priced same as Majestic. The dealer will take back (no restock fee) what I don't need. I'm not sure what can be reused.

Sorry, I wasn't aware of that. If you would, please post up the specifics for installing the grill. I might switch over one of these days.
