Z3 fenders?

you know how Z3 fenders have slots? what happens when it rains?? doesn't water get in ?
Water = rust on frame?

yes the water get in and i remembered someone was saying that the slots are open above the wheels..so it wont really matter

but although it's above the wheel, moisture is gonna be a prblem and there is no opening above the wheel for the water to get out?

I believe w/ the z3 fenders when looking into your fender well you can see sky, this means that the water/ moisture will be able to pass through the fenders without causing any rust or problems.

speaking of the z3 fenders... since they're fiberglass does that mean that they break easily and stuff? or since they're on the sides they'll be fine?
