2002 Accord rear license plate

2002 Accord rear license plate
I had to recently take the old plates off my car. The rear was so rusted we had to drill through them to remove them. What exactly do i need to put the new plates on? What type/size screws/bolts, do i need a special kinds of clips or brackets or anything. attached is a picture of what it looks like now.

Speed nuts.
For a 6mm x 1.0mm thread bolt.
Similar to this:
2 of those in the right size, and 2 6mm bolts that fit.
You could order at any dealer if you can't figure something out.
