Powder Coating Service - CHEAP
To anyone who is wanting ANY pieces of the car powdercoated, this includes valvecovers, wheels, etc, I will accept orders to do so. I am offering it to my fellow members at what it costs me to do it. You only pay extra to ship the piece to me and to ship it back.
NOTE: You will need to remove ALL rubber pieces and any fittings BEFORE shipping to me.
Valve Cover - $40 plus shipping
4 Wheels - $140 plus shipping
Anything else will be quoted on a case-by-case basis, I can powdercoat about anything.
I ship all items via UPS and I package them well. Turn around is no longer than a week to two weeks depending on where YOU are and what you are powdercoating. I can coat in an array of colors. Red, blue, "chrome", silver, white, green, orange, black, blue, yellow, you name it and I can almost say I'll have it. Please feel free to email me at lucasn@msn.com and I will get back to you very quickly. Please put it under the subject line of POWDERCOATING. Let me know everyone if this is GOOD pricing and if not tell me. Thanks in advance and I hope to work with you all soon.

i would think it would be BETTER than painting the wheels, powdercoating is BAKED on. You would just have to send the wheels, NOT tires. Shipping wouldnt run too much. What size are you talking, lets work something out.

the valve cover is metal!! that plastic piece that says "honda" or " honda vtec" is NOT the valve cover. that is just an ornamental cover for the spark plug wires!! it is possible to paint or powdercoat the valve cover, check out mugenracerx in member's rides, he's painted it.
How long will this be open to us? I havent yet ordered my rims, was gonna order them white but this changes everything, as in i can order something TOTALLY diff and get them done white.

Thanks civicman1988 for your interest. As Dennis mentioned, this post is quite old and in fact I didnt know it was still posted. At the time, I was working for a company and we had alot of parts powdercoated so I was able to send some parts of my own to get coated. Here is a link to a very reputable company doing any types of powdercoating. I have used them in the past and the work was nothing less than perfect. www.advancedplating.com
Hope this helps!
