Ive been wanting to buy a body kit for the longest time, and i finally found a kit that i think will look good on my civic. I drive a 2002 Honda Civic lx... but i heard i need a lot more other things for my car soo i dont ground out.. This is where you guys come in what are those other things i need? how much would it cost? and do i really need other stuff? Thanks for you help

bottom out maybe? Ground out means it'd be electrical in some sort...that'd be one hell of a security system. I've heard of electric fences, but never electric body kits...

hey wats his name has that kit. i think theyre about 3 or 4 members on this site with this kit. sspem2 or something has it and a couple others. pretty good kit from what ive seen...can be made to look real nice if ur into the body kit look. yea are u lowered man? if not then u shouldnt have a problem bottoming out

even people that are lowered shouldnt be bottoming out unless they drive like an idiot over bumps and stuff..

no im not lowerd im getting 17" rims in a couple of days. Im Doing engine work to it. It was some random guy that came over when i was hooking up his sub because i was telling my friend that i wanted to get it done, and he started to ramble on about bottoming out how i need a suspension kit yadda yadda

as mentioned before, you will not bottom out unless your car is dropped really low. maybe people were telling you that you should do other things before the body kit because it will look awkward if you just put a body kit on an un-dropped civic.

if ur going to be rollin 17s without low profile tires ur ride height is goin to be the same as a small truck( maybe an overexageration) but hell ive went off road a few times with mine.

Hayz has the same civic as mine! maybe he has the 2001 but there very similar and he basically has what i want

lol I doubt theyre the same.. Hayz car has a LOT done to it, and looks shweet .. it takes a lot to make body kits look clean, and it's not the easiest thing to do

wow....479 for the kit and fenders?? be warned...i paid 400 bucks for a kit once...it cost me another 800 to get it to fit correctly and painted. you do the math.
