so yea,this is my first post and i was just wondering if there are any smaller steering wheels that i could get that would allow me to keep my air bag. i was looking at a sparco wheel, but i dont really want to lose my airbag in case of a crash.
does anyone ave any thoughts?

I absolutely DESPISE my airbag. Ever since I choked on that nasty dust and burnt my hand on it I make sure my seat is back far enough the seatbelt will stop me well before that death hazard. I'm thinking about swapping wheels myself.

a few years ago, i read that west coast customs got a pretty severe fine for removing the airbag to put an lcd in the wheel. regardless of being legal or not, thats just darwinism at its finest

I also hate the Air Bag, I was in a front end crash at lite 25 or so. The stupid air bag went off and busted out the windshield and burnt the crap out of my arms. It never hit me in the face or chest just burnt my arms really bad. The windshield would not have even cracked but the stupid bag busted it out. Then on the flip side, I was in a crash in my Focus and rolled it 2 1/2 times stopping up side down, not one of the 6 air bags went off.
