Reverse gauges by AC

My friend is getting the reverse indiglos from AC autotechnic but it looks to me like it has white parts that will cover the warning lights. My question is, will the indicator lights show through the white part? ie; Brake,Fuel, etc.

Yeah, just cut that part out. Just don't cut the black parts on the back.

Don't cut it, you can see perfectly fine through the white, it looks better too

I just put mine in yesterday and it looks sweet. The lights show through fine, but one word of advice is you may wanna get some double-sided tape to have everything line up perfectly. I had some problem with the gauge shifting a bit when I put the coverings back onto the gauge cluster. And if your friend is getting the gauges with that 'control tab' for adjusting the colors/brightness (1 green and like 4 shades of blue), its really bright when you have it at a high setting. What I did was snake the tab behind the stearing column and had it come out into the coin tray. Now I can see what I'm grabbing at when I come to the tolls.
