K&N filter w/o CAI?

~Does K&N make a filter for the stock intake?

I don't feel like spending a lot of money on CAI for a slight hp boost. I would like to swap out the cheap oem paper air filter though.

~Has anyone else done this?

~Notice any change?

i already bit*ched at k&n for taking so long to come out with a filter, they said it should be out this spring or early summer.....from my experience with the filters, the car pulls a lot smoother, feels better than an sri, especially on hot days......a cai is definatly better though...

i got k&n filter with custom pipe made by me and my friend...
we just put the pipe with the filter to the hole for the stock plastic pipe..
it looks very bad... but the car feels smoother...
mine is auto so putting intake doesn't do much job.
now i am planning to buy injen short ram.. because it is safe and looks good
however since your car is manual i heard that putting CAI will improve your car's performance pretty much..

anyways.. what i want to say is... buy the full kit.. it looks better and works better....
