Question Interior lighting

I wanted to change the interior lights (dome and map) to blue. I tried searching online for some places that have blue bulbs, but I only found a few places, and they either don't have the one I need, or they are mad expensive. Anyone know of a place where I can get some lights? Preferably a store (PepBoys, Advance Auto Parts, etc) rather than online?

I bought my blue ones at Pep Boys. The ones that I bought turned to a greenish after a year though. They were cheap though.

In my lx the dome light and the map lights are difffernt bulbs. I couldnt find anyone that had the dome light except for an LED version on ebay. PIAA makes some for the dome lights in hyper white (what I was looking for), but you know blue is def more of an aftermarket kinda thing- so if you ebay it and cant find anything, I'll be suprised.

Now I'm confused. I checked the Sylvania website and the book at Advanced Auto, and they both say that I need part number 2825/DE3175 for the dome and DE3175 for the map lights. I searched other sites, and they are not showing any part numbers for the dome light. I guess I just have to manually remove the bulbs and take them in to find out what I need. Isn't there a work around? I remember seeing paint for bulbs, and also remember someone talking about wrapping the bulb in blue cellophane to produce the same effect. I didn't think it would be this hard to find blue bulbs for a very popular car. It's an 04 Civic LX

It's not hard at all. The bulbs are a 192 wedge based bulb. They are the same bulbs used for the license plate lights.

personally i would not use anything less than a 1-watt led bulb or it will be too dim.

heres 1 watt white led in dome, red led in markers. they are plenty bright.

and regular raybrig platinum white plate lights (not led), 3800K temp, not rice white but good looking.

Camera doesn't have very many settings so the last few photos with direct light isn't very accurate. But all in all the leds are much brighter than regular bulbs and they dont get hot

All 4 lights on ///////// Middle front and dome on

All 4 lights on ///////// Middle front and dome on

All on /////////////////// All on (camera made direct light from rear dome brighter than it actually is)

Middle front //////////////// All 3 on in front

Rear dome camera made it a little brighter than it actually is
