AeM Intake vs Injen
Which is better? My ride is a DX sedan (auto) [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/IMG]
2nd question is my dash only has a speedometer and the other is the temp/feul 'ometer.. now if i
installed the new neonblue dash which has the techmeter on it, will it work?

Rep Power: 0 i tried searching for threads regarding the sound of the intake while cruising vs the aem.
are u able to actually hear both intakes? cuz that's something that'll be appealing to me.
Althought both intakes will probably give 1-3 hps i think now the deciding factor is the sound
and outputs...

Rep Power: 0 Both are good. It is really just a matter of personal preference. Both are of high quality. I went with injen because aem doesn't make a true cai for our cars.

Rep Power: 0 Its all up to you on what brand you want.I have driven a car with the injen and i have the aem, in my opinion the aem has a better over all.Its up to you on what one you want.Don't forget its also up to you on how much you want to spend the injen is a little cheaper than the aem. Do a little research on both and find out the one you would like the best.

Rep Power: 0 No horsepower or torque difference really between the two unless .5 hp/torque is power to you for either one. IMO I like them just because it cleans up the engine bay.

Rep Power: 292 You have posted the most beaten to death topic in the history of of 2k1civic.com. But I think its too old that all of them got erased. Basically AEM and Injen are both great companies, it all comes down to personal preference. AEM doesn't make a CAI for auto, so if you want short ram can get either, CAI you have to get Injen.

so if the AEM short ram outputs 0.5 hp less than the injen CAI, then i'll go with the injen otherwise money isn't
an issue and i'll go for the AEM.

Rep Power: 0 i just got my ex auto coupe. i dont know what intake to buy. reading everyones thoughts makes me want to buy the injen one. but which one sounds better? some let me know.
