exhaust header

exhaust header
i drive a 2001 hx and nobody makes a header specifically for the hx model.but the hx is basically the same as the ex so would i buy the header for the ex model?or the dx/lx?and has anybody who owns an hx installed a header in their car and ran into any problems?
