Rep Power: 0 Fogging of cleared headlights........
Hi, I have noticed extreme condensation building on only one of my headlights, my friend suggested that we drill a hole towards the bottom so it would drip out the bottom. If I could get some feedback from you guys about previous experiences with this problem, that would be very helpful. searched unsuccesfully.

Rep Power: 0 i had the same problem.. i rushed when sealing them.. mine foggged for about a month then dried up. Out in cali where i live it getrs pretty hot so after it dried up i guess the silicone meltem where the sealing wasnt good. But i guess i lucked out. If no water gets in or air... try sealing it again and waiting otherwise i would open up the light again (big hassel) and driy it up then reseal it again.

Rep Power: 0 i had the same problem...but it wasnt from teh condensation, it was that i used too strong of a glue...meaning the fumes were much too strong. It "fogged" the lens (actually etching the lens), and it ate away at the chrome. So i got Projectors.

Rep Power: 0 but it really is condensation it fogs but at the same time when it heats up drops of water form from the fog so it really can't be the fumes

Rep Power: 0 No, it's not the fumes dude. You rushed your sealing! If you can do without your car for a few hours, take the headlight out, bring it inside and seperate the headlight again. Just let both pieces sit for a few hours until they are nice and dry. After you have verified that they are perfectly dry, go and seal them up again and this time TAKE YOUR TIME sealing them back up! Once you have sealed them back up, keep them inside until the silicone dries and then clean up any excessive silicone on the headlights. Put it all back together and keep an eye on it! Good luck!
