Momo Shift Knob and Boot

Momo Shift **** and Boot
I recently ordered a Momo Anatomic Short Shift **** but I still want to get the shift boot for it. I was wondering if anyone knows what size shift boot I'm supposed to get? Whether its the 5 inch or 9 inch shift boot? If anyone has any suggestions please hit me back. And, if anyone knows the proper way to install both please help me out. Thanks alot
