COILOVERS?!?!???

hey i was looking around for coilovers and noticed a huuuuuggeeeee price range......what is the difference between the $150 coilovers on ebay and the $1600 coilovers that you can find on the partsm page???? is it a really huge difference in ride or could i get by buying the cheap ones?

the $1500 coilover kits are full coilovers, they come with springs AND shocks, but the $150 ones are just the springs.

rite..1500 is a full set up one piece shock and spring..those are real coilover.
and 150 is coilover sleeve spring..which mean you can adjust the height on them..and they don't have shock
i would not recommended you get these..~ get the h&r cupkit..it's should be pretty good.

ok...thx for the info but now i have another question....if i just get the cheap coilovers....how long do i have til my shocks go out with a 2" drop and do i need to buy a camber kit?

2" would recommend for camber kit..and coilover.the ride is really not comfortable ..
cause i have used them before..i would recommend you to get springs..or full set up coilover

your shocks will go out depending on how much you will drive it... but it will soon.. trust me i had a bad experience with that... if you want coilovers... get ground-control with koni shocks... nice ride!!!

to be honest i recommand that u get just springs and drop it.. i mean come on how oftem do u think u are gonna adjust the height of the car?? besides after getting the coilovers u have to also get the chamber kits.. i had coilovers and went back to springs and drop it... but thats just me

absolute: well i do drive alot so i guess i will have to save up and buy some koni's...

does anyone else make shocks for our cars?
