Rep Power: 0 Accord & Civic wheels are not compatible with each other. & the "offset" is how far towards the inside or outside of the wheel the mounting hub (where the studs go through the wheel) is located. As long as they are the correct bolt pattern & front wheel drive rims, the offset should be fine. The time you'll have an offset problem is if you buy rear wheel drive wheels for a front wheel drive vehicle.
