what short shifter would u recommend getting? (2001 ex)

Anybody have the neuspeed? If so how does it feel? Was it hard to install?

I have the neuspeed one..
the instructions that came with it was pretty much good..
took like 30mins to do.. ( minus the removal and reinstall of the console)

As for shift'n.. you could tell is short.. but it could be shorter.. but for 70 buckz.. i couldnt ask for more
