Where to get lock for OEM car cover?

I have an OEM Honda car cover for my 2003 Honda Civic Coupe and am wondering where I can get a lock for it? Can I get one from honda and if so, does anyone know how much it costs? Thanks...

so any generic one will work? what size do i need? i know they come in different lengths and all...
