Rep Power: 0 Matching Shifter & E-brake handle
I purchased a universal , aluminum, carbon fiber look handle, silver anodized finish,
manual transmission shift **** & E-brake handle and they don't fit my 2002 Civic manual.
Does anyone know of a store where they sell a silver matching shift **** & e-brake handle specifically for the 7th gen. civics?

Rep Power: 0 If the shifter that you bought was for an import, then it should fit. As for the e-brake handle, you need to cut the rubber off of your stock one for it to fit properly. As far as I know, no one has made one specifically for our cars...

Rep Power: 0 I did cut the plastic off of the E-brake already because I thought it would be a perfect fit being universal but the 2k1 civics handles are a bit wider so the handle didn't fit easily, i had to use a hammer to get it in which i know i shouldn't have done but yea, thats besides the point. The shifter I have fits but keeps unscrewing itself when I shift a bunch of times. I've constantly tried tighting it to its fullest extent but not even a week goes by before its starts to move slowly from side to side then eventually slide entirely around in circles making it dangerous for me to drive without a tight shifter to grab ahold of. I have given up on these 2 items and just want something that has an aluminum look that's made for the 2k1.
