Rep Power: 0 Varies with the size increase, the size of the engine (4,6,8), and to what extent the stroke kit is carried out with. Also, what other things you do while the car is apart (coatings, polishing, balancing, blueprinting, etc)

Rep Power: 0 No you can't use the D16 stroker for the D17 because in simplest terms the D17 is a stroked out D16. Stroker kits as long as they are installed properly will last as long as the original engine components would have.
