Snow chains
I am not sure if this should be in wheels and tires or where, but is there a differnece in snow chains or anything, cause
THE OREGON STATE POLICE REPORT THE FOLLOWING UPDATE OF CONDITIONS ON I 5:
CHAINS ARE REQUIRED ON ALL VEHICLES, NO EXCEPTIONS, OVER THE SISKIYOUS
i will be driving through that, been through plenty of rain and storsm and wind, but never snow, so any tips or anything?
