Standard price for gauge install?
Hey guys,
I know some ppl think gauges are rice without turbo etc.. but I want to install a triple pillar pod, and I was quoted $270.00 -$300.00 to install it. Is this a good price for Air fuel, oil pressure, and water temp?
Thanks.

Air fuel is a wire (and worthless w/o a wideband)
Oil pressure is a $2.00 Tee fitting on an existing line
Water temp needs a $15.00 housing but is otherwise nothing groundbreaking.
If you can't DIY it, then don't bother. $270 is a rip. It shouldn't take more than 2 or 3 hours.

That is what I am saying. I have read a DIY on the oil pressure before, and it was no biggie. I just do not have complete instructions on the pillar and guages. Thanks for the info guys. My local shops are scam artists.
