why do you need performance gaskets? Whats wrong with the stock gaskets? all you need them for is to seal 2 surfaces.

I would rather not have gasket blowing all over the place when I start to do major mods to my car and get more pressure going into my engine from boost and things of that nature.

if you do it correctly and dont over boost, your stock gaskets should hold up fine. The head gasket may be the only one you really need to worry about.
