Question about window regulator?

Question about window regulator?
Does the window regulator include the motor? Or is it seperate?
I tried looking on majestic honda but it only shows a regulator. Please correct me if I am wrong, but doesnt a motor power the regulator, or does the regulator have its own motor and is powered by the switch?
I ask because my car is going in for its last factory extended warranty on friday and one of the things is the passenger side window will roll down fine, but when going up will go really slow. I think it is the motor, but cant find one seperate.
