anyone with HID .....

Where did you mount your ballasts in your car. I am a little stuck on finding a good location. Do the ballasts get hot enough to melt plastic? Thanks for your help.

nah they won't get very hot. i have one just below the intake inlet of the stock intake touching the battery side. the other is on a small shelf just below the driver side headlight.

^i scraped off a spot under the front fender lips for a grounding point... it didnt work out as water gets into that area. dont do it, now its rusting on me.
