Clear Tails???
Does anyone know if they have Crystal "CLEAR" taillights for our cars yet? I have a 01 coupe and really want clear taillights. I don't really like the euro and altezza lights but I haven't seen any solid clear lights? And does anyone know if it is possible to clear the light thats in the spoiler, but still have it light up red? I think that would be sweet!!!
Thanks in advance!

For some reason, when I see older Civics with cleared taillights, the red seems pink. I don't think that looks all that hot. I would rather have the Altezzas. That's just me.
there was another thread about a car that got totaly messed in some accident. people noticed the clear lights on there too. they are illegal in most places. totaly custom, but they will usually come out with an effect like your dome light covers. fading and blurring of color. unless you get something clear like glass, or as you said crystal clear, you'll have some pink tails and such. i do belive the led's in the OEM spoiler are red, so if you could find a clear cover, they would still light up red.
clear is old skool....... but still good
personally i'm tired of all these freakin EURO's and Altezza's
But i got no money for custom taillight conversion
If you work for APC....... stop makin altezza's and start
making sumthin orginal DAMMMIT

I havent seen any all-clear tails for the 2k1 yet. I'm wondering if it is possible to get a set of euro's, then clear them manually, such as the front headlights and the orange reflector. Also....APC should make a clear or euro-style 3rd brake light..that would look nice as hell.

<< I don't quite undestand. Do you mean an all clear cover with clear lenses but with red bulbs? >>
has to have a red reflector on it. a red bulb is not DOT approved. here in cali it is not a fix it ticket it is a ticket of about 150 bucks if you dont have a red reflector

Thanks for all the info... I'm still not too sure what I want to do with my rear lights. I like them the way they are I am just looking for something to make my car a little more unique. I was also considering blacking them out (which I think would look ok on my black coupe?). Who knows, I guess time will tell.
