Rep Power: 0 Getting the Skyline Front End
Hey guys, when I went to go see my friend this weekend, he hooked me up with a sweet deal. Skyline stlye front end for $105. He got the deal because he told his distributor that my car was a "shop" vehicle. If I want the whole kit, $300. I didn't want the whole kit though because it's fiberglass, and I don't want to use molded side skirts. So I'll just get some "poly" skirts and rear. I'll definitely post pics when painted and installed.

Rep Power: 0 Go for it, I'm excited to see what it will look like. I think it might be a different look for the car, but different in a good way. Keep us posted, I've been wondering if anyone was persuing this.

Rep Power: 0 01EXtc: It is made out of fiberglass. I know that fiberglass is not very sturdy, but for only $105 what have I got to lose?
Booohahaha: Are you asking if it is the R32, R33, or R34 style? If that is what you meant, then it is modeled after the R34. It even has the two little rectangular vents on the "bumper" part. Also it is a two-piece kit that includes the lower lip to give it that really aggressive look. If you have ever looked at an R34 skyline, then you will know about the lip I am referring to.
I know the pieces are fiberglass, but it's a risk that I am willing to take. Like I said, it's only gonna cost me $105, so it won't be such a big deal if I end up shattering it all over some parking curb. Plus I want to get a different look for my car. My car is SSM, which is, the las time I checked, the most common color on this forum. So, being "unique" is something I want to really try to do.
I do have a question for you guys though. How much should I pay to get it painted? I just don't wanna get ripped off. I just want to weigh my options because I might even take it to my dealer because they have a whole body shop there. Any input will definitely be appreciated.

If you guys really want one, you can call me boy at Hyperworx in New Mexico. He will hook you up with a fair and decent price. He already ordered a full kit for a 2000 Prelude. I haven't seen it, but he told me the kid that ordered it has it painted and installed. He said, in his words, "It looks SICK!!!" I'll leave his information at the bottom of this post:
Hyperworx

(505) 541 - 6800 --- Ask for Greg and tell him Nick sent you.
(505) 647 - 4478 --- This is his Fiance's shop that is in the same building. Sometimes Greg's phone acts up, so you might have to call him at this number. His website is here. Good luck guys. Don't worry, I won't be all hurt if you guys order the kit. I understand that we on this forum share similar tastes sometimes and that is perfectly fine with me. Rep Power: 0 The deal is too good because it is a promotional deal for my friend's shop. It is a one time deal and I don't even have to sport sponsorship stickers. I know the people I'm getting it from, so it's not like I'm gonna get the shaft or something...
