Rep Power: 0 The headlights are H4's.....and they are 55/60 watt. And I wouldn't suggest going over that.
Get H4 bulbs that are made for imports !! Anyways, I have the PIAA Plasmas and they are pretty blue and pretty bright.
They were 75 fpr the pair, so I couldn't beat that. Before you get Hyperwhites and stuff, you should clear your headlights....it looks
a hell of a lot better that way.

Rep Power: 0 Indeed H4(9003) is the correct size for all civic '92+. I personally like the bulbs made by eurolite. I still have them on my 97 Lex for a year and it's still going bright. I have the same set for my 2k2 civic and it works great. Eurolite is the best bet for a cheap in price but not in quality xenon bulbs. The trick is to make sure your fingers does not touch the bulb. Any type of oil or grease will cause the bulb to burn due to the intense heat that is generated. PIAA is the best, but costly (around $60-80 a pair) compared to eurolite (around $15-$20 a pair) here is a URL where my friends and i purchased our bulbs. www.aieonline.com ask for adam. he's great with questions.

Rep Power: 0 Yeah, I heard that PIAA was starting to go downhill recently. My friend's x-girl's uncle is VP of PIAA, so I get an inside scoop of what's going on. No free products though...

Rep Power: 0 Get those ion blue projector lights. They are techincally white with blue tint so they are legal. But if you don't care about legallity then you can go for blue lights...whatever floats your boat.
