What the...it looks like an upper strut bar and says performance on the website. I got the neuspeed bar cause mine didn't come with anything.

It does point to number 6, thats not even listed on the parts section, but the number 7 is.

Just to clear things up. It is not a strut tower brace. It's located on top of the sub-frame. I'll try to take some clear pics tomorrow.

it doesn't seem to bolt on the struts, but to the frame itself...
plus its only like $25... just go order it if you don't have one..

On a 01 you have to drill holes to mount, I guess it's supposed to cut down on wheel hop. I'm so used to launching this car now with my Energy bushings I don't hop much anyway now.

Alright, they're not perfect, but they should give you an idea of where this thing is. I marked it in blue.

only 01's don't have it. I bought one and installed it and it did make a nice difference in front end rigidity.... had to drill and tap a couple holes to get it in properly. the other 2 holes are the same ones that the rack uses.

yeah... ive got one.. they have/had the upper on display at my dealership.. it was a chrome red.. very flashy lookin... i think it was like $90.. looked the same as the $30 one on ebay..
