It looks like this shift **** will just screw on, but I am wondering how you get the sliver plastic piece to fit back on so the boot doesnt just hang down like this (pic below). As you can see my current one looks like ****...

There's a part you can buy from honda that will allow most aftermarket shift ***** to clip onto the boot. do a search and you'll find it
