I always thought that the Civic Coupes comes with the honeycomb grill and the Sedans has the grill with the horizontal bars. But after looking some of the pictures on the Member's Rides section, I see a mix of both grill types on the Coupes and Sedans. Are these custome jobs or has there been a switching of stock designs some where along the history of these cars?

i believe that the 01-03 coupes had the grill that the 04-05 sedans have now. my 03 had it, but im not sure about the 01-02. and the 01-03 sedans had the grill's with the two horizontal bars.

my 01 coupe grill has the horizontal bar, the grill was changed for the 04+ models

^so does this mean the whole design or just the "look" of it, could you still buy and altezza grill for an 04-05???

04+ wont fit 03 or lower.. different design.

Thanks all for the info. Personally, I prefer the horizontal bar grill slightly over the mesh myself.
