Keep telling yourself that. I thought it wasn't helping so took it off, noticed a drop in performance and put it right back on. Makes things alot hotter? How in the world do you figure that? The box itself is cool to touch, and the wires don't heat up either. Sounds like your friend messed up something.

i was talking about the wires.....there is a big debate on ephatch about these. they are worthless.

you mean the grounding wires themselves? we're also talking about the hyper voltage sytsem.

it would make sense if ur talking about grounding wires (not sure if its possible tho) but how could the hvs heat things up? all it does it connect to pos and neg of the battery, if anything it'd make the battery heat up, its not connected to anything else.

Okay then did you know that ground wires come stock from the factory or your car won't even work? All the kit does is upgrade them to larger gauge to improve electrical flow. They don't get hot at all. Now if you use 0 gauge, then there's gonna be problems.
