Yea man that sucks. From the picture (which isn't much) it looks like you just need a new front bumber (with upper grill) and a new left fender. Doen't seem to have any hood damage.
Damn shame it doesn't look like a deer hit...... looks guard rail, perhaps hydroed on a turn. I look at busted cars all day, just a thought though. Just doesn't seem like deer damage, usually when you hit then their *** tends to go on the hood. I'd belive the deer ran into you more
Now, to make it look like a deer and get some insurance money
Get deer hair and put it in the broken slots
Go to a wooded area, with something to hit on the side of the road
Make sure no one is around, make some skid marks
Call the police, file an accident report. A deer ran out infront of you and you cliped it then cliped a guard rail. Make sure you say you hit the deer first
Next day call the insurance company and give them the case number
I know under State Farm that will count as a comprehensive accident, meaning you have a $50 deductable instead of a $500
Best way to do it.
I'll post on here an estimate of what I can see tomorrow. Just to make sure they don't rip you off if you get it fixed somewhere

The deer was running from the side, it did run into me. There was feces running down the side of my car man. I have deer hair on the bumper, fender, and in between my hubcap and tire. The car looks terrible, but it was a deer. The last thing I would do would be insurance fraud, I am currently going to school to be a healthcare provider, if I did some stupid **** like that I would not be able to get a medical license.
Hey, just letting you know the most effective way to get your moneys worth from that check you write to the insurance company each month. They basically rip us all off, and no matter how many cars they have to cover they always come out with a lot of money, just tired of seeing it.
Best I can say to do it legit is, don't wash the car notify the Insurance company (if you want to turn it in) An adjuster will probably go out and look at the car, it SHOULD fall under comprehensive, depending on your insurance company and plan. Comprehensive means it wasn't your fault and doesn't really count as a collision (even though the deer hit you ) So cheap deductable.

Repl Rein 125.84 0.3

$36 an hour Paint

R&I = Remove & Install
Repl = Replace
Inc.= Inculded

As soon as I hit the deer, my one headlight went out and the other was pointing at the ground, Therefore I could not see anything. I was so pissed. If I could have seen the deer I would have started to stomp it's head, i did not have my gun in the car at the time so I couldn't shoot it. While I was at work people came in and said they saw a deer right off the road laying there still alive,(nice...nice). They called the police, then they came out and shot it. My guess I either broke all of it's legs or it's back? What a mess and a pain in the ***, just hoping my car is done by the time I have to be back in school.

hey new member here, and i have a similar situation. caused instead by icy roads and bad luck. My 04 civic si needs a new right headlight, and a new bumper. thankfully no body dmg at all not even a scratch. my question here is where the heck do i get the parts? i can't seem to find anywhere to buy a new bumper, and the only spot i found with the stock headlight wanted 265 EACH, which seems a little retarded. </hijack>
apologize ot the forum phreaks, search did not seem to turn up what i wanted, and i am a tad less than patient sometimes...

jesus tapdancing christ. looks like the same price i had on the light, looks like i can get a bumper there at least...unpainted...for a reasonable seeming price. any idea on a guess at the cost for the paint on the bumper? just the large front portion?
