they will. only thing different about the 04 vics are the headlights, taillights, front and back bumper,rims, and hood. i think the gauges are slightly different. maybe not. but other then that, its the same.

More than likely it will fit. Only part I would doubt would be the front of the 04 console because of the Flippy cup holder.

i was just wondering cause the one in my 04 broke and the ones in the 01-03's are cheaper

yeah im really interested in doing this switchup.

im skeptic tho if it will fit or not. the pockets, arm rest, cup holders, etc... its different in the 04 from the 01-03s......

id really like a bigger + deeper, compartment thing infront of the shifter...... as well as a damn full armrest

anyone kno nething on this yet>?/
