Lightbulb Idle/Spark Plugs

I jus installed some NGK Iridiums from Denso Iridiums. Anyways I had a question. When I start my car it always reaches around 1,500 RPM's. How do I make my rpms go down lower to about 1,000 or so? what is going on?!

Hey dticalman01, if you let your car sit and warm up for a bit, it should drop to below a grand, regardless of what plugs you've got. My car starts up at about 1500 on stock plugs, more if it's particularly cold out. But once warmed up, she purrs at 6-700 idle. If after, say 5 minutes of driving, your car doesn't idle below 1000, then you would be wise to have a mechanic or Honda look at it.
