I figured I'd cover both in 1 thread, first off I did search and my main question is, does anyone know what size the bumper clips, or the black part underneath (engine guard?) clips are? I saw a section of automotive clips @ Lowe's and if they're different sizes I'd like to know what to buy rather than randomly buying clips, I've noticed 2 of mine are missing, and Im planning to do the horn DIY.. I was thinking instead of replacing stock w/ a aftermarket horn i'd just get 1 low tone and splice it in to have both high and low tone, so my other question is anyone have any advice on anything.. im thinkin about just getting a freeway blaster at Autozone, its generic and only $16, I figured if it dies it wont matter since I plan to splice it and keep my stock one too.. I didnt check advance auto parts, they might have the Fiamm or whatever brand is better, so any advice, lemme know... sorry about the long post :P
also if anyone knows that none of the clips @ lowe's are the right ones that'd be nice to know aswell..thanks

I've actually been looking at the Framm freeway blasters and can't decide whether or not I want the High tone or Low tone.
If you end up getting one or the other... let me know how you like it.
BTW... framm makes an IIIOOOOOOGGGGGAAAA horn. That **** would be funny to have.

autozone has the IIIOOOOOGGGAAAA horn, its much bigger and i think was maybe $30..
the horn i found didnt say framm, one of the other ones did but the freeway blaster they have might not be framm, on Derek's DIY he has 1 high tone and one low.. so i figure get a low and leave the stock high tone.. then i'll have both
also if the aftermarket goes out.. yea like i said in the original post.. so i think its a good idea
Im still planning to do this tomorrow, but I'll decide for sure tomorrow.. :P

My low tone Framm freeway blaster gets the job done just fine. Took fifteen minutes to install start to finish. I didn't go with dual tone or anything louder because I don't want to bleed from my ears when I'm in a garage and I press the lock button on the remote twice.
