Seat swap?
Hey a buddy of mine has a 93 civic and wants to trade seats with me. I've been looking into new seat cuz I hate the way the head rest feels on the 01. This would be a way to get knew seats for free. I kinda like the 93 seats..but...they're a way old model. I dunno if I should swap w/him what do you guys think?
BTW the 93 has the seats with the head rests that only connect to the actual seat on the door side of the seat and has a full head rest rather than that really uncomfortable square cut-out in ours.

I dunno what ur thinking man. The 5th gen civic's seats are so small compared to these days. I can tell the difference right away between a new and old seat just by shape. If it's so uncomfortable consider some seat covers or something.
Yeah I wouldnt do it...
If you do decide you like them better, I would swap PLUS get some cash from him, if not, hes getting a deal and your getting screwed!
I would look into other seats though (RSX seats are amazing... or check out Si seats...), both much better than 93 civic seats...lol

Put some mesh in them like I did. When people complain the headrests are too stiff I say "My suspension is stiffer for racing, same thing for the headrests".
Seriously though, I want RSX leathers or Si(R)s....
