sup everyone...new to the site...new 7th gen civic owner too. in fact, i still havnt even got it yet...it'll be ready for pick up on thursday.

question i have is about exhaust...im totally clueless about this. i see the mufflers with the wide mouth tips, and the loud exhaust notes, that i assume comes from a resonator.

im lookin for a resonator that will give me a deep exhaust note, and a decent muffler. can you guys help clue me in...need decent brands, and ballpark prices please

Id go with a skunk 2 full cat back, nothing more nothing less. If you going to do just a muffler cut the stupid resonator off and add new piping with a new muffler, but i say go all the way, get the full cat back. SKUNK 2

Skunk2 sounds coo...Im actually thinkin about pickin up the skunk2. Its either skunk2 or Greddy. I have mp3 clips of greddy and skunk2 if anyone wants to hear it. hit me up

do a search, just go to the top and use the SEARCH button and u will be enlightened. Also look at the exhuast clips thread. It has different sound clips for exhaust so choose from the sound you like and go from there. But yet again SEARCH BUTTON, SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY, THE SEARCH BUTTON IS COMING TO A 7THGEN WEBSITE NEAR YOU AND WILL ONLY BE ONE CLICK AWAY. (monster truck rally commercial voice)

I would also recommend the exhaust clippings. You will be able to hear the exhaust before you go out and get it.
