Billet/Aluminum Parts?

Hey everyone. I've got a friend who works with billet/aluminum for a living. I'm wondering what you all would be most interested in as far as parts of that material are concerned. (ex. Pulleys, Rods, Pistons, etc.) Throw out some ideas, and I'll see what everyone is MOST interested in.

Thanks, in advance, for taking the time to read this. I appreciate all your feedback.

i wouldnt use billet internals on anything, forged steel is needed for good pistons, cranks cams and such .it is good for some stuff. mostly intake related stuff, intake mani, blowoff valves and such.

Hey, sorry guys. I talked to him late last night and then fell asleep. Apparently he does NOT do forgings, so that throws out the whole engine internals idea. I'll look into the other suggestions you guys posted.

C'mon, people, let's see more suggestions. I'd really like to know what the majority of the people are interested in. Obviously, for it to be worth his time, he'd have to make quite a few sets. I'm not sure exactly how many sets he'd have to make, but once we get enough interest in a particular part, I can find out.

how about a billet/aluminum body kit???? that ish woiuld never crack, and you could put an edge on it to cut road kill in half so it won't do any damage to your car....just a thought

but seriously, how about some looks stuff i.e. pedals, valve cover...stuff like that

Pedals, valve covers, etc. sounds good to me... I would just need some designs to give to him so he can look over it and see what he can do. Any specific designs you guys would like to see for pedals, valve covers, or any other little "looks" parts?

I don't think he really wants to get into the suspension stuff, after talking to him for a 'bit. He'd much rather do the simple things, like pedals, etc. that were previously mentioned.

So, any ideas?
