eyelids removal

eyelids removal

has anyone removed eyelids from their tyc projectors? im afraid that if i put them on and someone steals them or blow off in the highway i wont be able to take off the double sided tape without damaging my projectors? any input?

1) they wont blow off if installed properly 2)double sides tape isnt that strong... it'll come off if you do it slowly and take your time

I took mine off after an accident. make sure it's hot/worm tho, I broke mine trying to take it off in cold

Don't use 3M. Use the double sided tape from Home Depot which comes clear and has red backing... that **** won't come off. But like Skiboard said its best to be in the warm/hot weather to remove.

of coarse, do it in warm temperature..

hey, how do the eyelids look on the tyc projectors....i have the tyc pro's and i was thinking gettin some eyelids as well, but wouldn't it cover up your high beam, and therefore making it not so much of a high high beam...if you get what i'm saying?
