03 center plastic piece with boot

i'm having trouble finding the plastic piece that covers the center area, by the shifter for the 03's. its a long trapezoidal shaped peice, and the boot trim peice fits on top of that. i'm also looking for that peice as well, along with the shift boot. anyone know where i can find these oem peices online? ive tied some honda parts sites and can't find it. any help wouldbe much appreciated.
