I would also not recommend Weapon-R intakes because i heard the filter is made really cheap. Sell it and go with AEM, K&N, or INJEN

I think it sucks...I got mine the other day for my 01 civic, and it doesnt fit. You cant close the hood, and if you have a strut tower bar, forget about using it. It wont fit with a bar. I am returning my asap. If you want extra HP, and the sporty noise, take off the stock resinator and buy the ram air kit from weapon-r for 40 bucks and hook up using the stock air box and a K/N filter.

you do have to kinda ghetto rig some stuff, but it works pretty good. go to my ride to see it in the engine bay

i bet they made it for the 6th gen 96-00 dx/lx, and then basically said it'll fit ours too.. by rigging some cheesy way to bolt the intake tubes onto the engine..
(ie: InJen's SRI, which is the SAME stuff for 96-00 dx/lx.. sheesh..)
I wouldn't recommend either too... :\

u can buy it from sites that say its for our car except i hear the fitment is poor. I have heard from people that the intake filter is pretty shittty too... maybe you should go with one thats been proven for gains like the fipk2 unless u want looks and want that weird looking space alien ball under your hood lol
i really wish they had spent more time making it. my frined has a weapon r on his gallant and it sounds bad as hell. ive got an aem and i like it well enough to keep it, but i still wish i could have that sound. awhile ago i was originally just going to buy a weapon r filter but i figured the aem k&n filter that came with the intake was fine as is and it was pointless to waste money. mabey whenever i change my filter ill try out a dragon filter.
