buying engine oil in bulk?
since im never ever ever ever ever paying some grease monkey to change my oil, i want to buy lots of 5w-20 and be set for a long time. is there a store or place online where i can buy engine oil in bulk? or how about thoes oil drums that they have in garages?

you can usually buy anything in bulk.. but if you want good stuff.. use amsoil 5w30, its fully synthetic, so its really good.. but it goes for like $4-5 a quart tho...

my dad used to buy a catron of the oil that was about 10-20 bottles or so because there was this place by us that used to change your oil for $5 if you provided the oil, but they closed so we cant do that anymore. i think you might be able to get it from an auto store if you ask.

You can buy Delvac 1 (Mobil 1's Heavy Duty stuff) in something like 4 gallon jugs. I don't know how light it goes though. Its made for semi trucks and fleet vehicles, but it can be used in cars.
I just buy the Mobil 1 5 quart Jugs, it Walmart charges the same for those as they do for 4 individual qt. bottles.
