I know that you should mount your body kit before painting so it can adjust to shape for a couple of days. I was just wondering if I will need to do this if my kit is all lips. I have Xenon sides and rear and a type b front.

i dont know about changing shapes and all, but i would test fit all your parts to make sure no modifications are needed for it to fit.

Ya, test fit the lips before you paint it.. I know from experience that it's a pain to do this afterwards. Since I bought my sides off some one else. Had a time to make everything fit, had to do some fabricatin and alterations. Also problem with the paint cracking and chipping away from trying to put it on.

So just try it on first, and do any alterations to make it fit nicely. You'll thank yourself later for it.

I'll do that oni chi, thanks. I take it that I shouldn't put on the M3 tape when test fitting.
