not the grill but the plastic part that covers it?

yeah its just the outer part of the grill... i dont think it has a different name

Typically that is a part of the grill. You could probably modify the stock grill but it's pretty flimsy so I'd be careful where you cut it.

i have a grill like that its been in my trunk for about 5 month iam not putting it on my ride and yes it is just called a grill just a dif style

Thats considered part of the grill, on some cars it could be considered a trim ring, but in this case its the grill itself, and what would be inside would be the grill mesh.
