I am the owner of a 2004 Honda Civic EX Coupe. I assume that performance products for the 01-03 Civics will fit my 2004 because it has the same 1.7L VTEC. I question it only because I'm not sure if the application points are the same, etc. Please help me if you have the answer. Also, I assume that body kits for the 01-03 will not fit my car because of the new headlights. If you have any information about the performance parts and body kit fitment, please let me know. Thanks.

Any engine and suspension upgrades will fit, though I doubt the body kits will. I don't know of anyone trying to fit any 01-03 body kits onto an '04.

I believe sideskirts, and rear bumpers (not rear lips) will fit the 04's. Im not 100% positive though. Front bumpers will not fit due to the new style headlights.

so is this guy here full of crap or what? He said these lights will fit the 01-04's. I've searched the net and found other results saying 01-04 civic for headlamp fittings.

u should try waiting another 6 months or so for parts to be released. but at least other mods are available like engeine mods, interior, rims, or other drivetrain parts. But if i were you i would have saved up for a k20a2 or the type r version.

For those of you who owns '02 CIVIC EX COUPE:


DO NOT buy '03 CIVIC EX COUPE HEADLIGHT

they are different in the turning light sockets....
u gotta get wiring harnesses in order to fit it with 03's headlight!

moreover, THE REFLECTOR in front of the halogen bulb is also different!

u don't wanna get '03 if you only break one of your headlight and too lazy to fix your stock harnesses...

IMO, I say you shouldn't get a body kit for the 2004 because the new body kit design already looks as if you have a body kit put on. If you do not have the ground effects from the honda dealers I would put that on if you are into making your car look nice. And I havent found any body kits for the 2004 civics yet.
