Greddy style OBX muffler

First one quick question...can anyone hook me up on obx products? (mainly mufflers)

Ok back to topic, I need a muffler my current muffler sounds like as5.

Well i thought about a greddy, but I only want to spend like under 100 for the muffler and installation. So this obx muffler on ebay has cought my interest. Has Anyone heard anything about this muffler?
(Any bad things)

It looks pretty similar tothe evo....and im sure its just as quiet...just look at the size of that canister. I need something quieter cause i have no cat now.

here's a pic of the real evo

What do you guys think?

I use to have a OBX catback on my last coupe and I loved it. I got it for really cheap it was very well made. Never have a problem with it.

I have an obx muffler and it sounds great. People just think since it is obx it must be crap. But most OBX products are made with the same materials and same processes as major brands. The only reason it is cheaper is because it is not a name brand. And the only reason people don't like their products is because they are to mad to admit that they could have gotten products that are just as good for a hell of alot cheaper.

A very good friend of mine told me that the 96-00 Civic SKunk2 coilover sleeves he had were identical to the OBX line....then another buddy who owns a car shop told us that Skunk2 sleeves were rebadged OBX's. Makes sense really, considering the diversity of OBX's lines, and the fact that there aren't that many quality issues with their stuff.
The same car shop buddy told me they went out of business though.

That sux

Well anyway its installed and sounds ALOT better....its exhaust tone is nearly identical to the flows except no raspy noise...just smooth deep loud tone...Keep in mind I have no cat or resantor...With the silencer on its a lil quiter.

I LOVE IT!! it will defintyl be much quiter if you have a resantor or the cat still installed...plus with the silencer it should quit down even more... I highly reccomend
