Also does anyone know how much SI's from like a 2k3 civic would run with tires from the dealer?

Oh, are you talking about SI rims?? I dunno how much they run from the dealer, but I do know they will charge you at least 2x as much as their worth, & the tires wont be worth the effort to **** on them. Buy the rims from a private seller, & get some some good tires, youll save lots of $$ that way. You might check Ebay also.
Oh yea, let me know if you get a good deal, I want some too.
