It will be made specifically for people who really push their cars hard whether it is DOHC VTECs, Porsche, BMW, Viper or anything of that ilk. It should be available in the next couple of months but price hasn't been anounced.

I buy my Royal Purple at the NAPA Warehouse here in ontario, Ca. Only place I've found it except for Autobacs, it's probably more expensive than the $5.00 a qt. at NAPA.
modoman,
I wish that I worked for them 'cuz I'd take advantage of the employee discount and share!
Unfortunately, I'm just Joe Schmoe who has to buy their oil like everyone else..
I'm very interested in this new oil and I think that it will perform very nicely in our cars especially where you see high ambient temps or are hard on the engine. I've heard that it will probably be about $8 qt but before people recoil in shock, it's about on par with any of the other boutique oils such as RL, RP or Amsoil.

SLvrLx26,
I haven't been to Autobacs but I saw an ad in the local paper. Yikes! Their prices are sky high!
An Optima battery cost a tad more than $100 at Costco but around $175 at Autobacs. Other examples abound.
