Different exhaust/ piping setup?

Different exhaust/ piping setup?
Three question
1. Will Stock sedan rear section bolt on to magnaflow 2.25" midpipe?
2. Will magnaflow rearsection bolt on to stock midpipe?
3. Will HKS Hi power rearsection bolt on to magnaflow piping?
I'm trying to get a different exhaust setup and sell my old one at the same time. If neone have a deffinite answer, that will be greatly appreciated.

hks and magnaflow rear sections will bolt right up to stock and I am sure hks rear will bolt up to magnaflow mid. I am not sure if magnowflow mid will fit with stock rear.
